 the room was too hot and poor ventilation. It was most uncomfortable and other guests has the same complaint. Breakfast was too expensive and very basic. |

 The location of the hotel is very good, the staff are extremely helpful and and on the busier nights the bar is open late which is a bonus for the leisure traveller. |
The rooms are pretty basic and not of the standard of most of the ramada hotels i have stayed in. Also, the rooms are ALWAYS too warm. |
Overall: The hotel is in a very good location which is the main reason I will return, but I think the rooms need refurbished to bring them up to date and of the standard of other more modern ramada hotels, and I think air conditioning/better ventilation is a must. But as a whole my stay was satisfactory. |

Overall: Overall the stay was generally quite good. Room interior was a little dated and could do with a little modernisation. Television channels a little limited, and could have done with being a little bigger. |

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.
How do I add a rating?
Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.
All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.
How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
